The key steps of our selection process are:  
We evaluate the needs and requirements of our clients to determine the required set of skills keeping in view their existing business activities, organization’s structure, culture and future growth plans.
We perform research on relevant organizations and people so as to identify the key competencies which includes job title, job specifications, key result areas (KRAs), working environment, compensation package, location and other required details.
By doing so we get a long list of eligible candidates. Following this we begin the search to identify the most suitable candidates either from our own exhaustive database or by advertising for the position.
After this the most suitable candidates are contacted and apprised of the opportunity for eliciting their interest in the position.
Then the candidates are evaluated with the aim of determining a profile match with the job, their career aspirations and suitability in the context and culture of client’s organization. We conduct preliminary interviews of suitable candidates which include tests for technical, communication and interpersonal skills. In addition to personal interviews, we selectively use psychometric assessment tools too.
After this an informal reference check is performed on the short listed candidates to determine their credibility. Profiles of trustworthy candidates are then forwarded to the client.
After this a meeting between the short listed candidates and the client is scheduled. We follow up with both the client and the candidates during this phase.
After client interviews we perform a formal reference check of the selected candidates.
We help actively in negotiation process including compensation.
We follow up with the candidate until he or she joins the company. Even after joining we keep an ongoing dialogue with both the candidate and the client. This ensures smooth transition. We make sure that the candidate and the client share wonderful rapport with each other.
